1. Final Sale Policy

We take great care in providing detailed product descriptions, sizing information, and visuals to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We strongly encourage reviewing all details thoroughly before completing an order to ensure the selected item meets expectations.

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

2. Size Exchange Consideration

We understand that sizing concerns may occasionally arise. In such cases, we may offer an exchange strictly for sizing purposes, provided that the requested size is available in our current inventory.

Important: Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability at the time the request is reviewed.

3. Eligibility Requirements for Size Exchange

To be eligible for a size exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must remain unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must show no signs of use, alteration, damage, or wear.
  • Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery (typically within 5 business days of receipt).
  • The desired size must be available in our current inventory at the time of request.
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

4. Exchange Process & Costs

If an exchange request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process, including return shipping of the original item and shipping of the replacement item.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the original item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement size if available.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, we will be unable to proceed with an exchange, and the original item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Special Conditions

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or limited releases are subject to the same policy.
  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the outlined conditions or shows signs of wear or use.
  • Exchanges are offered solely for sizing purposes. Exchanges for color, style, or other preferences are not available.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

While we perform quality checks before shipping, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at xtacy.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a resolution.
